What is INTC?
INTC is an international calling app that lets you make affordable voice calls worldwide from your phone, directly over your internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
How do I create an account?
Download the app, open it, and tap Sign Up. Enter your name, email address, and a password. Once registered you can add credit and start making calls.
How do I add credit to my account?
Go to the Account tab and tap Top Up. You can add credit securely using PayPal.
How much does it cost to make calls?
INTC offers low-cost international calling rates. The exact rate depends on the destination country. Rates are shown before you make a call. You are only charged for the duration of connected calls.
Why does the app need microphone permission?
Microphone access is required to make and receive voice calls. INTC only uses your microphone during active calls — it is never accessed in the background or for any other purpose.
The app isn't connecting — what should I check?
1. Make sure you have an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
2. Check that you are logged in to your INTC account.
3. Check that your account has sufficient credit.
4. Try closing and reopening the app.

The call quality is poor — how can I improve it?
Call quality depends on your internet connection. For best results, use a strong Wi-Fi connection. If on mobile data, ensure you have a good signal. Avoid making calls in areas with weak connectivity.
Can I use INTC without Wi-Fi?
Yes. INTC works over both Wi-Fi and mobile data (4G/5G). A stable connection gives the best call quality.
How do I reset my password?

How do I delete my account?
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email us at [email protected] with the subject line Delete My Account. We will process your request within 7 days.
Is my data secure?
