This Privacy Policy explains how INTC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the INTC mobile application.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Account information: your name and email address when you register
- Call usage data: call duration and destination, used for billing purposes
- Payment information: top-up transactions processed securely via PayPal — we do not store card details
- Device information: basic device type and OS version for troubleshooting
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the calling service
- To manage your account and credit balance
- To respond to support requests
- To improve app performance and fix issues
3. Microphone Access
INTC requests microphone permission solely to enable voice calls. The microphone is only active during an ongoing call and is never accessed in the background or used for any other purpose.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your account credentials are stored using device-level encryption (iOS Keychain). Data transmitted between the app and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 7 days.
6. Third-Party Services
INTC uses the following third-party services:
- PayPal — for secure payment processing. Subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — for backend infrastructure. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
7. Children's Privacy
INTC is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
